Dallas Independent School District (DISD) will introduce a universal student badge system beginning in the 2026–2027 school year, district officials announced in a news release.
The new badge will serve as a single identification card for students across the district, allowing access to transportation services, meal purchases, library book checkouts, and athletic events.
