HARLINGEN, Texas (ValleyCentral) — A traffic stop led to a human smuggling case in Cameron County, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Juan Garcia, of Garland, Texas, was arrested and is facing four counts of smuggling of persons, according to a DPS news release.
