Dallas police upgrade charges to murder after man dies days after Harry Hines Boulevard fight

DALLAS — A physical altercation outside a business in the Medical District earlier this month has led to murder charges against a 34-year-old man, Dallas police said.

On July 5, at approximately 2:13 a.m., Dallas police officers responded to a disturbance call in the 4200 block of Harry Hines Boulevard.

According to the preliminary investigation, Dillion Hill, 34, and John Zuniga, 50, were involved in a physical fight outside when Hill punched Zuniga. The punch caused Zuniga to fall and hit his head, police said…
