Swim team member, 18, drowned at lake with two friends… now allegations emerge against them

Two Texas teenagers have been charged with evidence tampering after their friend drowned during a trip to the lake.

Daniel Erving, 18, drowned in Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett in April after he jumped into the water from a bridge, Fox 4 reported.

Dallas Police ruled the high school senior’s cause of death as accidental, but charged his friends, 19-year-old Lucas Roper and an unidentified 17-year-old, with evidence tampering on July 9…
