A grandson of oil billionaire J. The home first hit the market in November 2025 asking $21 million, making it one of the Dallas-Fort Worth area’s priciest listings at the time, before it was pulled off in May 2026. Douglas Newby of Douglas Newby & Associates represented the buyers, while Pogir Pogir of Briggs Freeman Sotheby’s International Realty represented the sellers.
