Dallas Weighs $500M Repair Bill Against Relocation for Aging City Hall

Dallas City Hall has become the center of a debate over whether the city should spend hundreds of millions of dollars repairing its aging headquarters or explore other options.

But according to City Manager Kimberly Tolbert, the problems facing City Hall are part of a much broader challenge.
