DALLAS – Authorities have identified a 24-year-old man who died after being shot multiple times by two unidentified assailants in Southeast Dallas early last Thursday, police said.

Kenneth Ray Turner Jr., 24, died at Baylor University Medical Center at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 27, roughly five hours after the shooting, according to records from the Dallas County Medical Examiner’s Office. His death has been ruled a homicide.
