MERIDIAN, Miss. (WTOK) –
Edouard made a landfall across SW Louisiana (near Johnson Bayou) on Tuesday afternoon around 2:25 PM. Without the fuel of the warm Gulf waters, it’ll continue to fizzle out as it treks across land. It was downgraded to a tropical depression Tuesday night.
Although it’s weakening, it’ll continue to dump rain over parts of Texas over the next few days. Parts of Texas could have rainfall totals ranging from 4-8 inches…locally more. Flash flooding remains a threat for parts of Texas between Houston and Dallas…
