Man Charged With Murder After Fatal Shooting Near Dallas-Lancaster Border

DALLAS, Texas – A 59-year-old man is expected to face a murder charge after a shooting late Monday in southeast Dallas left one man dead and the accused gunman hospitalized with a gunshot wound.

Dallas police responded around 11:10 p.m. Sept. 7 to a shooting in the 2500 block of Cherry Valley Boulevard, near the Lancaster city limits.
