A major mixed-use development at Spring Creek Parkway and Parkwood Boulevard is taking shape, with more than $300 million now invested and the first wave of restaurants, shops and homes on the way.
Stillwater Capital announced that construction is underway on the first three projects at Haggard Farm , the 142-acre development built around the history of the Haggard family property.
