A popular Dallas restaurant will soon be stirring ice-cold martinis and shucking oysters in Alamo Heights.
Hudson House, an East Coast-inspired neighborhood restaurant, is making its San Antonio debut at 5307 Broadway, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. The Dallas concept plans to outfit a space in the former Nix Health sleep clinic, which local real estate firm Ridgemont Properties is redeveloping into a retail and office hub.
Vandelay Hospitality Group, which owns Hudson House and several restaurant brands throughout Texas, plans to complete a $1.7 million renovation on its 6,510-square-foot space by April next year, according to the filing. Details in state filings are preliminary and subject to change without notice…
