IRVING, Texas – An Irving woman is facing two felony drug charges after police said they found individually packaged bags of methamphetamine and cocaine during a traffic stop on North Belt Line Road.
Katia Isabel Villareal, 49, was arrested Sept. 17 and charged with two counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 between 1 and 4 grams, both second-degree felonies.
