A 75-year-old Dallas woman who vanished from the Lake Highlands area earlier Sunday has been found safe, according to an update from police. Susan Arnold was last seen in the 9200 block of Firelog Lane, wearing a white sweater and blue pants and driving a gold 2006 Honda Accord, before officers asked the public for help locating her.

The update came just hours after the initial request for help, with the Dallas Police Dept
posting at 2:28 p.m. Sunday that “Ms. Arnold has been located and is safe.” Police had described Arnold as 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing about 140 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes, and had listed the case under number 142538-2026 while asking anyone with information to call 911 or 214-671-4268. Police listed Firelog Lane as Arnold’s last-seen location.
