A beloved Texas restaurant chain just came back from bankruptcy — and it looks completely different

Razzoo’s Cajun Cafe is back in a big way.

The Dallas-based restaurant chain, which filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in October 2024, has returned under new ownership with a new menu across all of its locations, signaling what the company hopes will be a lasting turnaround.
