A sprawling office tower in Dallas’ Galleria area is set for a $57 million renovation, with records hinting a major tech company may be moving in.
Amazon appears to be the tenant for the 16-story high-rise known as Galleria North Tower I, as first reported by The Real Deal.
A $57.2 million renovation is planned for the property at 13737 Noel Road in Dallas, according to a September filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). The project outlines a two-phase interior renovation of the tower.
Phase 1 would cover 223,000 square feet across levels three through nine, 11, 13 and 14, plus part of the basement and levels one and two. While details submitted to the TDLR are subject to change, construction is expected to kick off in January, lasting through mid-August 2027…
