Dallas Yell Club plans another gathering Oct. 11

The Dallas Yell Club plans to hold its next gathering Oct. 11 at 6 p.m. The Dallas Morning News lists Trammell Crow Park, at 3700 Sylvan Ave., as the location; KERA reported that the location was still pending at the time of its report. The event is open to all ages, and yelling is optional, according to The Dallas Morning News.

KERA’s account also described the gathering as a chance for connection. It reported that some participants spoke with organizer Shiloh Bellinghausen afterward about difficult experiences, including serious trauma.

How the club started

Bellinghausen, 30, created the Dallas Yell Club’s social media page on Sept. 20 after sharing the idea on his personal TikTok account. The first gathering followed a week later.
