A Beverly Hills-based company is pouring $5 million into the heart of Dallas, converting a former hotel into an apartment complex that caters to modern living. Omni Vision Dallas, the driving force behind the development, will kick off construction in April at the site of the old Wyndham Suites Dallas on Alpha Road, with the intent of transforming the space into the new Vision Apartments.
