IRVING, Texas – A third woman has been arrested in connection with a double fatal shooting in Irving on January 19, authorities announced Wednesday. On April 30, the Irving Police Department arrested 30-year-old Escarleth Mejia, accusing her of helping the suspected gunman, Hector Vicente Paguada, evade police before helping him flee the city.
