Scenes of a chaotic and violent incident that erupted rapidly Tuesday amid Dallas morning rush hour traffic were captured on camera. According to reports, Angel Zamora Moreno, 26, of Plano, allegedly started a violent rampage on the LBJ Freeway by sideswiping many cars, stabbing a guy, hijacking multiple vehicles, and running down motorists.
