Caitlin Clark Flexes Fever’s New Franchise Record in Win vs. Wings

To say that the Indiana Fever is in the midst of a hot streak would be a major understatement at this point. On Sunday, September 1, Caitlin Clark and Co. marked their fourth straight victory via a 100-93 win against the Dallas Wings. This was also Indiana’s sixth win in seven games played since the month-long Olympic break.

What makes this victory even more impressive is the fact that the Fever has now logged back-to-back 100-point games. This is after their 100-81 blowout win against Angel Reese and the Chicago Sky on Friday, August 30.

This is the first time in franchise history that Fever have ever achieved this incredible feat, which is why Clark just had to flex the same via her Instagram Stories.

Clark, of course, played a major role in the high-scoring win on Sunday, turning an inspired 28-point, 12-assist double-double to go along with five triples. In the last two games, Clark has averaged 29.5 points, 12.0 assists and 5.0 triples.

After Sunday’s victory, the Fever now have a 17-16 record, which is, incidentally, also the first time they’ve gone above .500 since the start of the season. They are now sixth in the WNBA and hold a one-game advantage over the seventh-seeded Phoenix Mercury.
