Eight years have elapsed since the tragic homicide of 32-year-old Alvin Joseph, and yet the case remains unresolved. The Dallas Police Department, steadfast in their efforts, is renewing calls to the public for any information that could finally provide closure to this enduring mystery. Mr. Joseph was fatally shot while participating in the routine act of walking his dog along the 9900 block of Adleta Boulevard on that fateful day, March 2, 2016.
