Flournoy, who hails from Hazelcrest, Illinois, brings an intriguing combination of size and athleticism to Dallas’ receiving corps. Standing at 6-1″ and 200 pounds, he impressed at the 2024 NFL Combine with a 4.44-second 40-yard dash, a 39.5-inch vertical leap, and an 11-foot broad jump, earning an athleticism score of 84, ranking 11th among wide receivers.

His overall score of 71 ranked 25th in his position group, giving him a prospect grade of just 5.96. Despite his natural ability, scouts noted that Flournoy needs to refine his route-running, particularly against press coverage.
