FRISCO – Everybody loves a lovebird, right? Sure, but in Dallas Cowboys Nation, maybe the “love” is a bit lessened if the team is coming off a loss.
Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott on Friday morning announced that he is now engaged to his girlfriend, Sarah Jane Ramos – and the photos, the romance, the newborn daughter Margaret Jane Rose “Baby MJ” Prescott … it is all gorgeous stuff.
Also lovely, to say the least, is the engagement ring that Prescott put on Sarah Jane’s finger. Or, at least, most people think it’s lovely.
Dak revealed the news of his engagement in a picture on his Instagram story featuring himself with Ramos and Baby MJ.
But now comes another chapter to the love story – an engagement means a ring, of course. And a guy with a new four-year, $240 million contract extension making him the highest-paid player in football history can afford a nice one. So …
According to the scoop from Athlon Sports , the 31-year-old Pro Bowl quarterback proposed on a golf course (complete with gorgeous photos, of course) with a 10-carat emerald cut engagement ring made by Jason of Beverly Hills .The ring comes with a price tag of $1 million and, according to Athlon Sports, “carries a center diamond positioned between two tapered baguettes, set onto an 18-karat yellow gold setting.”
