DALLAS, Texas — A significant commercial construction theft case involving over $150,000 in stolen equipment has been resolved with the recovery of the items, according to the White Settlement Police Department. The operation, conducted with the assistance of the Dallas Police Department, resulted in one arrest and the seizure of firearms and illicit drugs.
On March 21, 2025, at approximately 10:00 a.m., White Settlement police, supported by the Dallas Police Department’s South Central Crime Response Team and Drone Unit, executed a search warrant on the 1500 block of Garza Avenue in Dallas. The search was part of an investigation into a major burglary case involving equipment stolen from construction sites across North Texas.
