Roaches and rat dropping found at Dallas restaurant, latest inspection shows

Eight Dallas restaurants require a follow-up inspection and roaches and rat droppings were found at others, the city’s latest health inspection report shows.

According to city data compiled by the Star-Telegram there were 177 restaurant inspections conducted between March 23-29.

Dallas uses a 100-point system in restaurant inspections. Scores of 90 to 100 are considered to be very good, and restaurant scores from 80 to 89 are considered to be good. Both require the next regular inspection to be in six months…
