FARMERS BRANCH, Texas — Police have arrested a driver for a crosswalk crash that injured two teenagers on an electric bike in Farmers Branch.
On Wednesday, around 5:18 p.m., Farmers Branch patrol officers responded to the accident in the 2600 block of Valley View Lane, just south of Joya Playground at Oran Good Park.
