DALLAS — Dallas will add more police, enforce a ban on people sleeping in the streets and target Downtown crime hot spots as part of a plan to revitalize the city’s urban core after a period of increasing crime and decreasing property sales.
A study from consulting group BCG said AT&T would consider moving its Downtown headquarters if public safety was not addressed, underscoring the challenges Downtown has faced in the post-pandemic recovery.
