Texas Authorities Seek Urgent Help to Find Two Missing Elderly Men Under Silver Alert

Authorities in Texas are urgently seeking assistance from the public in locating two men who have gone missing under circumstances warranting Silver Alerts – a system designed specifically to help in finding older adults with reported mental conditions. Accounts from Fox San Antonio detail the disappearance of 74-year-old Jose Puga. Puga, described as having black hair and brown eyes, was last seen at 8 a.m. last Sunday on the 1400 block of East Van Buren Street in Brownsville. His attire at the time consisted of a blue shirt with khaki pants, a brown belt, and gray and blue tennis shoes.
