The Dallas Police Department is currently investigating a shooting that took place late last month, which has now been classified as a homicide. On May 17, around 10:30 p.m., officers were called to the scene of a shooting on the 10800 block of Stallcup Drive. Upon their arrival, they found 36-year-old Ramiro Alonzo with gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to a local hospital in critical condition. Despite the efforts of medical professionals, Alonzo’s life could not be saved, and he succumbed to his injuries last Saturday, as per the Dallas Police Department.
