It’s A Winner By More Than A Hare In Dallas As The Mansion At Turtle Creek Highrise Hits The Air

The 17-Story Tower Attached To The 5-Star Hotel Has Amenities Galore

After teasing the world with whispers of luxury for over a year, Rosewood Hotel & Resort unveils its latest jewel: the Rosewood Residences on Turtle Creek. Breaking ground last October, these coveted condos are poised to make waves this May, starting at a cool $3 million each. Teaming up with the renowned French architect Lucien Lagrange, famed for his work on Chicago’s Waldorf Astoria and Park Hyatt Tower, Rosewood and One Turtle Creek are crafting a 17-story Beaux-Arts masterpiece. Inside, New York design luminary Dan Fink, freshly minted on the AD100 list, brings his classical Art Deco flair to every detail.

Drawing inspiration from the iconic Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek, the design pays homage to its 1920s elegance with ornate plasterwork, striking tile patterns, and intricate iron details. Inside the tower, luxury knows no bounds. Picture a rooftop oasis with a pool, yoga area, and a library that moonlights as an event space. And don’t forget the pet garden—a verdant retreat with fountains and fire pits where fluffy companions can frolic freely. Prospective owners can customize their space…whether your taste leans towards classic opulence or sleek modernity, expect a palette that seamlessly blends earthy tones with natural elegance, and appliances from Miele and Wolf.

Masterminded by Chicago-based architect Lucien Lagrange with interiors by renowned designer Dan Fink, the building offers a contemporary spin on the Beaux-Arts-inspired American architecture of the early 20th century. Each light-filled residence will range from approximately 2,000 to 6,380 square feet, with ceiling-height windows that offer immersive city or park views. The materials used in the Rosewood Residences have been meticulously chosen, from the honey-hued walnut that creates the chevron floors to the heavy, high-quality hardware. There are meaningful nods to the Rosewood Mansion Hotel, the beautiful 1920s estate. Plasterwork, graphic tilework, and ironwork are all reminiscent of the pink stucco building.

Every square inch of the 17-story tower on Turtle Creek is being designed with ease and luxury in mind. Throughout the building, owners will have access to a lush rooftop pool, a yoga stretching area, a library that doubles as an event space, and a pet garden dotted with fountains, fire pits, and real grass. Breakfast pastries are available daily, and a Rosewood Residential Team is on call round-the-clock. There’s a valet stationed at the striking porte cochere and a wine program that taps Rosewood’s global network of sommeliers. Wine lockers are also available upon request…
