The owner of a cookie shop is dead, and a suspect is in custody after a shooting Tuesday afternoon at The Shops at RedBird.
Dallas police said officers responded around 4 p.m. to a shooting call in the 3600 block of West Camp Wisdom Road. The preliminary investigation determined that a suspect shot the victim. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene, where the victim died.
