Most people would pull over if their SUV lost a wheel. But one Texas man decided he didn’t need all four wheels while running from the cops. Emergency responders were baffled during the slow-speed chase, and alcohol was a factor.

Firefighters in Dallas, Texas, responded to reports of a smoking car and possible fire around 2 AM, near Oak Lawn and Hi-Line Drive. When they got to the scene, the driver was sitting in a white SUV with deployed airbags.
Plus, the Jeep Cherokee had a folded front left wheel. But as they approached the Jeep to perform a welfare check, the driver panicked. The suspect, identified as 57-year-old James Williamson, sat up and drove away.
But he could only drive at low speeds as the folded wheel broke loose. The firefighters called the police for backup as Williamson drove down multiple roads, making erratic U-turns with sparks coming from the undercarriage…
