MS-13 Member, Relatives Arrested in Dallas After Assaulting Border Patrol Agents

DALLAS, TX – A Salvadoran national, identified as an MS-13 gang member, was apprehended on July 2, 2025, in Dallas by U.S. Border Patrol (USBP) agents after he attempted to evade them and drove to his residence.

Upon the agents’ arrival at his home, they were allegedly ambushed and assaulted by three adult relatives. With assistance from the FBI and ICE, all subjects were successfully removed from the residence. USBP agents determined that all individuals were illegally present in the country.

The Salvadoran national, along with two adult females and one adult male, will face charges of assaulting a federal agent and will be placed into removal proceedings. Additionally, a 17-year-old juvenile who reportedly punched USBP agents will face state charges for assault on an officer and will also be placed in removal proceedings…
