99 Violent Fugitives Arrested in Dallas During June as Part of Operation Justice Trail

The Dallas Police Department announced the arrest of 99 fugitives as part of Operation Justice Trail, a coordinated initiative led by Police Chief Daniel C. Comeaux to target violent offenders in the city. The arrests took place between June 1 and June 30, 2025, and involved individuals with a combined 616 prior arrests.

Operation Justice Trail is a joint effort between the Dallas Police Department’s Fugitive Unit and the U.S. Marshals North Texas Fugitive Task Force. The goal of the initiative is to identify and apprehend individuals with violent felony warrants in order to enhance community safety across Dallas.

“Our goal is simple: to make Dallas the safest large city in America,” said Chief Comeaux. “We know that a small percentage of violent criminals are responsible for a disproportionate amount of crime. By focusing our efforts on these individuals, we are sending a clear message—violence will not be tolerated in our city.”…
