Sometimes the simplest pleasures really are the best. A good sandwich made well is difficult to beat, and luckily for Dallas diners, a Colorado based chain is getting ready to make it easier than ever for DFW locals to satisfy that particular craving. Snarf’s has filed paperwork to bring its fresh meats, cheeses, and veggies to Lakewood Plaza, and work will begin on the project in late summer.
Snarf’s will be setting up its kitchen at 1908 Abrams Parkway. The storefront will provide the sandwich shop with 2,331 square feet of space in which to whip up its fare and serve hungry customers. Dallas residents won’t have to wait too much longer to see and hear the signs of progress on the renovations necessary to transform the building into a Snarf’s; according to paperwork filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, work is set to begin on the project on September 1.
A Snarf’s representative generously devoted some time to speaking with What Now Dallas about bringing the sandwich shop to the area, saying: “Dallas has long been on our radar thanks to its energetic food culture and deep-rooted local pride. It’s the kind of city that appreciates great flavors and quality ingredients, which are at the heart of what we do. When we explored neighborhoods, Lakewood Plaza really stood out. It is a very busy area and strikes the perfect balance between a residential community and a thriving mix of local businesses.”…
