Efforts by Northwest patrol officers culminated in the arrest of a notorious fugitive this past week, an event that marks a significant accomplishment for local law enforcement. According to the Dallas Police Department, Jose Marquina-Bonilla, age 33, was apprehended last Sunday, following a carefully coordinated surveillance operation.
Marquina-Bonilla, who had recently secured a spot on the Texas Department of Public Safety’s list of 10 Most Wanted Criminals, was wanted by Grapevine P.D. for a first-degree felony charge of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Young Child.
