GARLAND, Texas — Atlético Dallas has its new home.
The City of Garland approved a lease for a $70.87 million soccer complex project, which will include the team’s training center and offices, as well as eight soccer fields for youth academy play. Here is a complete breakdown of the project:

“This project is about more than soccer — it’s about building something enduring for the people of Garland,” said Mayor Dylan Hedrick. “We’re taking a bold step forward in our ongoing commitment to providing quality-of-life amenities that attract new development and promote regional tourism.”
