Dallas police task force clears 95 robbery cases, arrests 33 suspects since January

DALLAS — The Dallas Police Department says its new Serial Robbery Task Force is already making waves just months after it was formed.

The task force was launched in early 2025 to tackle a spike in business robberies last year. The team has taken on 24 investigations tied to 112 offenses. Police say they’ve cleared 95 of those cases so far, arrested 33 suspects and filed 111 felony charges. Seven of the investigations even stretched into neighboring cities.
