LOS ANGELES — Lynne Roberts shared her thoughts on the injury crisis plaguing various teams in the WNBA, as the Dallas Wings had to rely on an “extreme hardship” signing to avoid forfeiting a matchup Friday.
There have been a multitude of injuries around the league, with the Wings left with only seven available players as a result of this most recent injury wave. As a result, Dallas had to resort to signing former UConn guard Christyn Williams in order to avoid an unceremonious forfeit.
