After over 30 years of exploring New Orleans and savoring its incredible variety of Po’Boys, I can confidently say that they stand in a league of their own. Po’Boys offer an experience like no other!
I’ve sought them out, enjoyed them, and even written about them! So when I heard there was a new Po’Boy shop opening in Dallas around Preston Center, I said to myself: “Self, we will check out this Po’Boy shop when it opens. We will determine if they’re slang’n real Po’Boys or if it’s just some wall-eyed, counterfeit, hocus-pocus, ragtag sandwiches that they’re calling Po’Boys!”…
