A man with an outstanding warrant in Garland, Texas, was arrested by Customs and Border Protection officers at the Juarez-Lincoln International Bridge.
Julio Delgado-Hernandez, 55, an immigrant living in the U.S., was apprehended July 20. Officers referred Delgado-Hernandez to secondary inspection.
