Located at 4606 Park Ln., the grand Neo-Georgian residence was built in 1985 for Maguire, founder of Maguire Oil Company and a noted philanthropist whose legacy is deeply tied to Southern Methodist University. Over the years, the estate has played host to names like George H.W. Bush, George W. Bush, Gerald Ford, Margaret Thatcher and Vaclav Klaus—making it one of the most politically storied homes in Texas.
