16-year-old killed overnight in accidental shooting, Dallas police identify suspect

DALLAS — A 16-year-old died after he was accidentally shot by a person playing with a gun, Dallas police said.

Officers responded to a shooting call around 9:50 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20, in the 800 block of Ryan Road in Central Oak Cliff, according to a press release from the Dallas Police Department.

The 16-year-old male was killed after a 20-year-old shot them while playing with a gun, police on the scene said. Dallas police later identified the suspect as Anderson Acabal-Nolasco. He was arrested and charged with manslaughter, Dallas police said…
