VICTORIA COUNTY, Texas – The Victoria County Sheriff’s Office has released the name of the woman killed Friday in the 100 block of Minatre Rd. as Charminy Lewis, 47, of Plano.
The man accused in the crime was arrested Friday around 8 p.m. in the area of Houston HWY and FM 1686. He is Seng Savin, 41. He’s charged with murder and was also wanted in a murder in Los Angeles. Savin is from Cambodia and was in the U.S. illegally…
