We at the Observer are super excited about our next members’ supper club, not because it’s one of our favorite pizza places — it’s actually three (!) of our favorites.
On Nov. 12 at 7 p.m., Cane Rosso at White Rock Lake (7328 Gaston Road) will host our next supper club. The six-course menu will be paired with wine. Dinner cost $85 per person (plus ticket fees). Tickets include tax and tip.
Why Cane Rosso
Cane Rosso is a Neapolitan pizza and Italian restaurant with several locations across North Texas. It’s long been one of our favorites, and even Guy Fieri likes it — even though it’s not really a diner, drive-in or dive — but we’re not here to quibble.
Founder of Cane Rosso, Jay Jerrier, is an equal opportunity pizza man, though. He has two other pizza spots in town: Thunderbird Pies with Detroit-style pizza, and Zoli’s, which serves New York’s finest slice. These three make up his PILF Restaurant Group…
