A 19-year-old man has been charged with murder in the fatal shooting of another 19-year-old in Dallas, police said.
Officers responded to a call Nov. 10 in the 2400 block of Harding Street, where they found Brandon Fuller unresponsive on the ground, according to police. Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
Investigators later identified the suspect as 19-year-old Deyonte Rice. He was booked into the Dallas County Jail on Nov. 11 and charged with capital murder, jail records show…
