Remembering Black Dallas will celebrate its 10th anniversary on Dece. 7. The nonprofit is dedicated to preserving and promoting African American history. The event begins at 3 p.m. at the J. Erik Jonsson Central Library. However, it will honor the organization’s decade-long impact on the local community.
The celebration theme is “A Decade of Remembering — Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future.” However, the program highlights include reflections on the organization’s achievements.
