The search for Charles Hosch, a Dallas attorney and Southern Methodist University adjunct law professor who went missing in Georgia, has shifted into a new phase with the involvement of specialized project managers. The family is preparing for today’s meeting with Union County officials to discuss further strategies in locating Hosch, who disappeared near Blood Mountain on Nov. 11, reports CBS News.
According to FOX 5 Atlanta, a new nonprofit has joined the search effort following the suspension of the formal search by local authorities last Monday. The nonprofit brings additional resources to the existing team that has been utilizing K-9 units, drones, and ground teams. This expansion is a critical asset in scouring the area where Hosch was last witnessed.
Julia Hosch-Singh, Hosch’s daughter, told CBS News, “We have worked with the sheriff and the fire chief to locate two folks actually, who will be helping us project manage that for the coming weeks.” Significant efforts have been made on the bringcharleshome.com website, which is connected to Hosch’s law firm and provides a platform for friends and colleagues to share stories and information. The use of advanced drone technology is among the new strategies the family has employed to aid in their ongoing search.
