On November 15, 2025, Dallas police arrested Luis Antonio Flores in connection with two reported robberies. Police say Flores approached two individuals and demanded their property at gunpoint. When the individuals refused, he allegedly assaulted both and shot one before leaving the area. The victims later identified Flores by his tattoos and previous interactions with law enforcement during interviews at the hospital with the Gang Unit and FBI Task Force Officer.
Following the investigation, authorities issued two warrants for Aggravated Robbery against Flores. He also had an outstanding warrant for Family Violence assault. Officers from the Southeast CRT located Flores on Norvell Drive at about 9:00 a.m. Police report that Flores tried to avoid arrest by discarding a backpack and hiding behind parked vehicles.
During the arrest, officers recovered a handgun and illegal drugs, including 7.9 grams of methamphetamine and 3.7 grams of heroin. Flores faces charges including Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, drug manufacturing and delivery, and resisting arrest.
