Three man in the Dallas area are behind bars in what prosecutors say is a 14 million dollar gift card cloning scheme.
Investigators say the men had more than 400 gift cards in their possession at the time of their arrests. The scheme involved stealing un-activated gift cards from store kiosks, copying the electronic card numbers and resealing the packaging.
